Friday nights were made for pizza but who say it has to be carry-out? Let Chef Kim show you how to create your own artisan pizza at home and in less time than it takes for delivery!

This is an interactive class that takes place ONLINE through Zoom. When you register, you will receive access to the class along with the recipes and grocery list.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to make your dough prior to the class as it takes time to rise. If you prefer, you can purchase a ball of dough from No Thyme to Cook ($10/ball - makes 4 pizzas).

With 350 acres of vineyard strategically located in several of Napa Valley’s finest growing regions, Markham Vineyards selects grapes from several microclimates to achieve balanced and rich wines. Knowledge and experience are combined with Mother Nature to produce grapes for their award winning wines.

We're thrilled to have Markham's winemaker Kimberlee Nicholls join us for the evening. She has been with the winery for 20 years. And we’ll also be welcoming back Eric Rumanap of Winebow as our special guest.

Sample five of their finest while Gwyn & Carolyn explore their wine notes and food pairings.

LIVE: Online Fried Chicken On The Grill Class

Our good friends Ben & Dana Banyasz, of Sneade’s Ace Hardware, return to show  us how to make amazing fried chicken on your backyard grill. That’s right – we said fried chicken on the grill! And what fun is a picnic without a signature cocktail? Chef Gwyn is going to walk you through how to prepare a very special champagne cocktail. Is there a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon? We can’t imagine one! Because this class is being held outdoors on our back deck, we will have space for 12 in-person tickets. Otherwise, you can participate in real-time from your home. Please indicate which ticket you prefer when registering. We are also now offering optional kits that contain all of the ingredients necessary to prepare the recipes presented.

ONLINE Sourdough 101

Spending a lot more time at home baking and you can’t find yeast?  In this 60 minute virtual class Chef Bonnie will teach you how to capture it from the air to make awesome bread at home!  In this beginners sourdough class you will learn how to:

-          maintain a starter (the yeast of sourdough bread)

-          make the most basic of sourdough breads (just 4 ingredients water, flour, salt and sourdough starter) 

-          tell when your loaf has been kneaded long enough and is ready to proof

-          score your loaf

You will either need to have your own starter or purchase one from us ($8). If you would like to make your own, email us at info@NoThymeToCook.com for detailed instructions. Keep in mind, it will take about 2 weeks before your starter is ready to use.
