Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you should you need to cancel your reservation to a public class. This policy outlines No Thyme To Cook’s cancellation guidelines.

Refunds

To receive a full refund, we require a 14 day notice prior to the date of your class.

Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method.

Account Credits

In special circumstances, we may issue an account credit if you contact us less than 14 days before your scheduled class.

A full credit is equal to the original purchase amount and may be applied to a future class or classes.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds to Guest Chef classes, Wine Dinners, or Murder Mysteries.

Credits must be used within one year of the date they are issued.
