Korean Street Corn

Ingredients:

  • 10 ears Frozen Corn 

  • 2 Cups Mayo 

  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Plus more for topping) 

  • 1 Tbs Garlic 

  • 1 Tbs Paprika 

  • ½ Tbs Chili Powder 

  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce 

  • Sesame Seeds to Garnish 


Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients save for sesame seeds and cheese to top 

  • Place mixture in an oven safe dish or in individual crocks before baking at 350 till cheese is melted and mixture is fully cooked through

  • Remove and top with remaining cheese before baking again till cheese s melted and begins to brown slightly, let cook and garnish with sesame seeds before serving
