First Floor

Covered/Enclosed Deck & Beach

$999 (April-October)

$799 (November-March)

  • Up to 4 hours

  • Includes: 1 Bartender/Server

  • Contracting for and Coordination of Rental Items, as needed

  • Events Manager Coordination (before and day of)

  • Desired Set-Up and Subsequent Breakdown of the Reserved Space

  • Pre- and Post-Event Cleaning

  • We can entertain up to 75 guests in combination between the first floor, beach (May-October), and first floor open deck for a private event with selections from our catering menu

  • November through April, we can entertain 50 guests with the enclosed patio and heaters

Entire Building

$1,599

  • Up to 4 hours

  • Includes: 2 Bartenders/Servers

  • First-floor deck enclosed and equipped with heaters.

  • Use of Parking Lot (24 spots)

  • Contracting for and Coordination of Rental Items, as needed

  • Events Manager Coordination (before and day of)

  • Desired Set-Up and Subsequent Breakdown of the Reserved Space

  • Pre- and Post-Event Cleaning

  • Larger events may require chair and table rentals

Second Floor

& Small Deck

$399 (November-March)

  • Up to 4 hours

  • Includes: 1 Bartender/Server

  • We can entertain up to 30-35 guests for a private event with selections from our catering menu

  • Reserving your event 8 weeks in advance is greatly appreciated

Catering Details

No Thyme to Cook’s chefs pride themselves in offering a catering menu that meets all of your needs with freshly sourced gourmet choices of mouthwatering appetizers, entrees, sides, and desserts.

Appetizers and desserts will be presented buffet-style. Entrées may be plated and served to guests or offered as part of the buffet service.

We can entertain up to 75 guests for a private event with selections from our appetizer menu.

Larger events may require the rental of additional tables & chairs.

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

The catering menu will be provided once a date for your event is set.

Plated dinners are available for groups of up to 40 guests. Events with up to 75 guests will be served buffet-style.

Mondays $250 surcharge

Additional Hours $200 an hour

An upcharge applies to events held on holidays when NTTC is closed.

Please note: Catering, beverages, taxes, and gratuities are not included in the facility fee.
