Wild Mushroom-Gruyere Quiche

  • ½ onion, diced

  • 1 C. wild mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ C. Gruyere 

  • ¼ C. Parmesan (1 C.)

  • 1 deep dish frozen pie crust

  • 4 eggs

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 C. half & half 

Preheat to 400 F. 

Place onion, mushrooms, Gruyere and Parmesan in the frozen pie crust. 

Beat the eggs and cream together. Pour over cheese mixture.

Bake 15 mins. At 400 F.

Reduce heat to 350 and bake 35 mins or until top of the quiche turns brown.
