Tomato & Cucumber Wafu Salad

Salad Ingredients:

2 medium tomato

1 English cucumber

1 avocado

10g salted kelp 


Dressing Ingredients:

2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar 

 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce 

1/4 tsp hondashi powder


Directions:

  1. Cut the tomato into eight wedges, then cut each wedge in half crosswise.
    Cut the cucumber and avocado into bite size, Place the all chopped vegetables in a medium bowl. 

  2. Put all dressing ingredients into a separate container and mix well. Then, pour it over the chopped vegetables from Step 1 and mix well.
