Cilantro Chutney

  • 2 bunches cilantro coarsely chopped

  • 2 finely diced serrano chilis

  • 3 T sugar

  • 2 t salt

  • 2 T  ginger paste

  • 1 small  garlic cloves

  • 2 T white vinegar

  • 2 T lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup water


  1. Add all ingredients to blender

  2. Blend until mixture is smooth



Makes 1 cup 

Serves 4-6
