Smoked Salmon on Flatbread Crackers - Vouvray Chenin Blanc
Grilled Shrimp with Fresh Herbs - St. Supéry Rosé
Roasted Duck with a Ginger-Soy Reduction - Decoy Pinot Noir
Chorizo-Stuffed Banana Peppers - Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon

$30 virtual log-in (kit includes a tasting portion of the wines along with the food pairings). Kits may be picked up Wednesday, April 21 from 11 am to 2 pm.

$65 in-person (includes a tasting portion of the wines along with the food pairings)

$99 The VIP Experience (includes exclusive use of our second floor deck and bar one hour before dinner begins to enjoy a complimentary drink, appetizer & time with our special guest)
