Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers of everything from produce and meats to beer and wine, honey, and flowers – and so much more. Each month we want to showcase one of these folks. And this month we’re excited to introduce Brian Dailey of Scorpion Brewing Company in Owings, MD. This microbrewery produces beer made with local ingredients and embraces the flexibility, adaptability and experimentation a small microbrewery allows. They brew on premises with an emphasis on quality, flavor and brewing technique.
The class includes a tasting menu.
