America’s uniquely quintessential spirit, bourbon is experiencing an unprecedented surge of popularity. And despite being made from just three simple ingredients, its complex interplay of flavors and aromas embodies a culture that is as unique as America itself. 

First Course - Whistle Pig American Rye - Raw Oysters topped with SOMD ham and greens

Second Course - James Pepper 1776 Rye -  Schweineschnitzel with sauerkraut and spaetzle

Third Course - Sazerac Rye - Scottish Shortbread with smoked almonds and chocolate sauce

$150/person (includes dinner with a tasting portion of each bourbon)
