Granny's Cream Corn Pudding

  • 2 cans creamed corn and 1 can plain (to update you could use fresh corn) but this is how my gma made it....

  • 1/2 small green pepper (chopped fine)

  • 1/4 pound cheddar cheese (grated)

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 Tbsp. flour

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 cup whole milk

Mix all ingredients and pour into buttered dish. Bake at 325 for 30-40 until set and brown on top.
