It seems you can't go anywhere in October without being inundated by something pumpkin. There's the drink that started it all - pumpkin spice latte, followed close behind by pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin coffee creamer, and pumpkin cookies - you name it, the list goes on. It's such an anticipated arrival that the frenzy actually begins in late August now. But I suppose it's with good reason. Pumpkin is just plain tasty. Not in it's raw form - that's just gross. But I have to admit, I'm pretty partial to it in any of the above-mentioned forms. How about you? Are you a member of the pumpkin fan club and if so, what's your favorite way to prepare it?
