Maryland is known all over the world for its crabs. But unless you’re a hard core crab eater, many people tend to shy away from soft crabs. If you’re new to the area and you want to get in on the game, join us for our new Seafood Series. One Saturday each month we’ll explore the world of Chesapeake Bay cuisine in all its glory. And this month, we’re exploring the world of soft crabs. Chef Brian will show you how to clean and cook them. They’re soon to become your new favorite!


Format: Demonstration


Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

  • Seafood Series Classes are 90 minutes long.

  • Enjoy a leisurely morning as you watch our professional chef demonstrate a specific culinary skill or recipe

  • You will enjoy a small plate of each dish that is prepared. This is not intended to be a full meal
