Eaten in every form - from raw to steamed, fried to scalded - oysters are one of our most beloved delicacies. If you’re new to the area and you want to get in on the game, join us for our new Seafood Series. One Saturday each month we’ll explore the world of Chesapeake Bay cuisine in all its glory. And this month, we’re talking oysters - how to catch them, open them and cook them. You don’t want to miss it!
