Actually it’s so much more than that but in this quarterly series Dietitian Nutritionist Mary-Blake Summerlin and Chef Bonnie McGraw will team up to provide helpful suggestions, recipes and discussion on how to fuel you before and replenish you after a great workout. This class is mainly demonstration based but will end hands on as you make your own power bars to take home with you.
Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
