Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers of everything from produce and meats to beer and wine, honey, and flowers – and so much more. Each month we want to showcase one of these folks. And this month we’re excited to introduce Joe & Kelly Swann of Swann Farms in Owings, MD. A sixth generation family farm nestled on the shores of the Patuxent River, Swann Farms is a wholesale, fresh market, fruit and vegetable farm. They proudly stock the shelves of Southern Maryland's roadside stands and local grocery stores with their produce which includes white sweet corn, peaches, watermelons, cantaloupes, tomatoes, strawberries, and various small grains.

The class includes a tasting menu.

Restrictions:

Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

Farm to Table Classes are 1 ½-2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

Enjoy a leisurely evening as you watch our professional chefs walk you through the preparation of each of the recipes

You will enjoy a small plate of each dish. This is not intended to be a full meal
