Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers of everything from produce and meats to beer and wine, honey, and flowers – and so much more. Each month we want to showcase one of these folks. And this month we’re excited to introduce Josh Calo from Sol Nectar. From his central location in St. Leonard, Josh tends bee hives all over Southern Maryland producing not just raw honey but hives for purchase, beeswax, tinctures and more! Come learn about the amazing world of bees and all that they give to us. As always, a tasting menu is included.

Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

Farm to Table Classes are 1 1/2-2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

Enjoy a leisurely evening as you watch our professional chefs walk you through the preparation of each of the recipes

You will enjoy a small plate of each dish. This is not intended to be a full meal
