Farm to Table: Port of Leonardtown Winery

Southern Maryland has a wealth of amazing local growers of everything from produce and meats to beer and wine, honey, and flowers – and so much more. Each month we want to showcase one of these folks. And this month we’re excited to introduce Port of Leonardtown Winery. A coop of growers, Port of Leonardtown currently has 12 cooperative vineyards from St Mary's, Calvert, Charles, and Kent counties. Their award-winning wines are produced using only grapes grown in Southern Maryland. Winemaker Lauren Zimmerman joins us for a tasting and food pairing.

The class includes a tasting menu.

Ages 16 and Older Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

  • Farm to Table Classes are 1 ½-2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

  • Enjoy a leisurely evening as you watch our professional chefs walk you through the preparation of each of the recipes

  • You will enjoy a small plate of each dish. This is not intended to be a full meal
