Tired of the same old date night? Why not surprise your sweetheart with a cooking class. In this special class we’ll create an amazing three course menu from the best the Chesapeake Bay and its watershed have to offer! And all during the Governor’s Buy Local Challenge week.

Appetizer Course

Rockfish Ceviche

Paired with: Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand

Entree Course

Crab Cakes with Spicy Remoulade Sauce

Summer Vegetable Tian

Paired with: Calvert Brewing Company IPA or Gundlach Bundschu Gewurztraminer

Dessert Course

Grilled Pound Cake with Fresh Local Peaches, Toasted Candied Pecans, Salted Caramel & Vanilla Ice Cream

Paired with: WIllamette Valley Riesling

Optional wine and/or beer pairings are available for each course at just $15/person. Non-alcoholic beverages are also provided.
