Who doesn’t love homemade pasta? It is oh so much better than the dry version. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own at home, now is your chance. It’s so much easier than you think. We’ll also prepare a variety of sauces to go with them.

Spicy Sausage & Spinach Ravioli with Classic Tomato-Basil Sauce

Lemon-Herbed Goat Cheese Ravioli with an Artichoke-Mushroom Cream Sauce

Fettucini, Linguine, Spaghetti

Light snacks will also be available (gratis) as well as wine and beer for purchase.

Format: Hands-On

Restrictions:

Ages 16 and Older. Please note: Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What to Expect:

  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above

  • You will work with other students in groups

  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students

  • You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class

  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

  • You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
